Mardi Gras Queen!

Table Three Ten is looking to become the belle of the ball on Mardi Gras day when she lines up in the eponymously named Mardi Gras Stakes at Fair Grounds today.

One of six scheduled to line up in the $60,000 race over six furlongs, Team Valor’s six-year-old daughter of El Prado is a 7-2 shot on the morning line. Table Three Ten is seeking another helping of black type, and her first win in black type company – although she is a three-time winner. Robby Albarado takes the mount.

Kids Rule is Stidham’s sole runner elsewhere today, at Sam Houston.

Check back in again later this week for a review of the Mardi Gras Stakes, and a look ahead to the weekend action.
