Winning week!
What a great week this has been for the stable, with nice winners yesterday and Wednesday across the country.
On Wednesday, Speedway Stables’ Huntington Drive broke his maiden in the most convincing way possible at Tampa Bay Downs, stretching clear of the field under Pablo Morales, to win by more than ten lengths. This five-year-old son of Quality Road can move up from here.
Yesterday, at Fair Grounds, it was the maiden-breaking turn of Rosebud’s Hope, who did the honors for owners Haynes Stable and Alan Herman to win by nearly three lengths under Jack Gilligan in no less emphatic fashion to Huntington Drive. This three-year-old daughter of Cowboy Cal is surely on a fast track to major future success.
