Proforma ultra professional!

DARRS Inc’s Proforma made it three wins out of five over the weekend, with a power packed display in the $60,000 Jersey Shore Stakes at Monmouth on Saturday.

Already the winner of the Sugar Bowl Stakes, Proforma was given a peach of a ride by jockey Joe Bravo, overcoming a bit of scrimmaging early on to pounce down the stretch, passing the post a length and three-quarters too good for the rest.

The three-year-old daughter of Munnings is clearly fast on the upgrade, and a step up to graded stake company could come perhaps sooner rather than later.

Proforma wasn’t the only winner for the Stidham stable Saturday.

Ward Williford and Cobra Farm’s Belgian broke his maiden in super fashion at Delaware Park, soon taking the lead before powering away to win by two lengths under Mitchell Murrill. A three-year old Candy Ride gelding, Belgian is yet another Stidham runner with a dazzling future.
