Belated report!

Apologies from everyone at Stidham racing for this belated update, but here we are, finally, with a roundup of last weekend’s action, and a look at the Stidham runners today and tomorrow…

Let’s start with a fine debut performance from the two-year-old Malibu Moon filly Moon Dash, who showed herself a filly for the future with a fine win at Delaware Park on Saturday under Brian Pedroza. Speedway Stables look to have yet another future star on their books!

That same day, bona fide superstar Zipessa picked up a nice paycheck when finishing an honorable second (by only a neck) in the $350,000 Kentucky Downs Ladies Turf Stakes – her conqueror, the mighty Miss Temple City. After so many fine runs, it can only be a matter of time before Empyrean Stables’ talented mare gets to have her picture taken this season.

And here’s a look at the entries today and tomorrow:

Kentucky Downs
Belgian – Race 5, Allowance

Laurel Park
Larkin – Race 9, Allowance
