Weekend update…
Another week down, and another brace of wins for the Stidham stable…
…Last Sunday, Memory Bank didn’t forget where the winning post was when thundering down the Arlington Park stretch to record a three-quarter length victory under jockey Mitchell Murrill.
This was Memory Bank’s second win this year alone for owners the Dare to Dream Stables, and judging by his resolution under fire, this four-year-old son of Misremembered should easily add to that haul sooner rather than later.
Then, yesterday, DARRS Inc’s Candyrock broke his maiden in stunning fashion at Presque Isle Downs, leading from pillar-to-post under jockey Antonio Gallardo. A 1 1/4 length victory sealed the deal, and connections can look forward to more winning days from this lightly raced three-year-old.
