Synchrony supreme!

The dust has settled on another unforgettable weekend for the stable, thanks to a rip-roaring win by the incomparable Synchrony in the GIII Fair Grounds Handicap!

“We’re just so proud of him,” said Stidham, about stable star Synchrony. “He’s ultra, ultra consistent, and such a pleasure to have around. We’re delighted, too, for his owner, Josephine Abercrombie of Pin Oak Stud. And of course, any special win is a real team effort – these great days wouldn’t come around as often as they do were it not for the tireless effort of the great team I have around me.”

Synchrony was given a peach of a ride by Joe Bravo, given cover early before being delivered down the stretch to win quite cosily in the $150,000 contest, which he had won last year. This win brings his graded stake score up to five. Roll on the next assignment!

On President’s Day at Fair Grounds,  Mt. Brilliant Farm’s Piocho broke his maiden in good fashion under jockey Adam Beschizza, passing the post 3/4th of a length too good.
