Big day for Synchrony!
Big day today for the barn, with Stidham stable standard-bearer Synchrony lining up in the G2 Monmouth Stakes at the aforementioned Monmouth Park.
Eight horses go to post in the $200,000 contest, the Stidham runner is drawn 7, and the man on board will be Trevor McCarthy. Synchrony’s a 5-2 shot on the Morning Line, but no stake race is easy, and he’ll have to be in peak form to produce the goods.
Word from the stable, however, is that he’s just that.
