Synchrony pitch perfect!

Stable star Synchrony showed his fans (led by his fantastic owner, Pin Oak Stable) once again what a fantastic horse he is over the weekend, winning the GII King Edward Stakes at Woodbine.

This six-year-old son of Tapit was given a peach of a ride by Javier Castellano, delivered with a killer run down the stretch. This was Synchrony’s sixth graded stake win, and judging by the style of victory, there sure looks plenty more to come.

“I can’t tell you how proud I am of this horse,” said a delighted Stidham. “He’s just so tough, honest and talented. He never runs a bad race, and we couldn’t be more pleased for his owner, Josephine Abercrombie, who’s been such a great supporter of the stable.”

Synchrony wasn’t the only winner for the stable over the weekend. On Saturday at Laurel Park, Godolphin’s Carnival Colors made it two wins out of four under a good ride by Russell Sheldon.
