Bourbon and Luna to the double!

Another successful three days of action saw the Stidham stable walk away with two nice victories, Boss of Bourbon St and Luna doing the business at Laurel Park and Delaware respectively.

A three-year-old son of Goldencents, Boss of Bourbon St ran away from a tidy-looking field of maidens under Sheldon Russell Saturday, and owners Big Easy Racing can justifiably expect this lightly-raced gelding to improve again after only four career starts.

Today at Delaware, Stone Farm’s Luna claimed her third career win under a patient J. D. Acosta ride. This four-year-old daughter of Orb was subsequently claimed, however, and will be headed to the Stacy Hendry barn.
