Weekend update!
With the racing action hotting up after the COVID-slowdown, the Stidham stable is getting back to firing on all cylinders once again, as this weekend promises to illustrate!
But before we take a look at the weekend action, let’s look backwards to last weekend, and a lovely winner for owners DARRS Inc. at Laurel Park. Singapore Flash was a tidy winner under Sheldon Russell, taking his career total to two wins.
And now for tomorrow, where at Churchill Downs Pixelate is drawn 4 of 8 in the $100,000 Audubon Stakes, a turf race over 1 1/8th miles. The stakes-winning Pixelate enjoys the services of Mitchell Murrill in the saddle, and together they’re a 7-2 shot on the Morning Line.
Sunday at Belmont Park, the talented Call On Mischief is drawn 3 of 11 in the $80,000 Lady Shipman Stakes – a six furlong sprint. Call on Mischief is ridden by Jose Lezcano, and together they’re a 10-1 shot.
