Weekend update!
Delaware Park is the place to be this weekend for fans of the Stidham stable, with a handful of big race runners there on Saturday.
So, let’s start with the $50,000 Christiana Stakes, a 1 1/16th mile race on the turf. Stidham has three possible chances of winning: 5-2 shot Trickle In (drawn 6 of 9) with Trevor McCarthy on board, 8-1 shot Pure Rhythm (drawn 6) with Joe Bravo on board, and 7-2 shot Embossed (drawn 2) and ridden by Fergal Lynch.
Three races later, Pixelate is drawn 3 of 8 in the $125,000 G3 Kent Stakes, a turf race over 1 1/8th miles. Ridden by Angel Suarez, Pixelate is an 3-1 shot to add a graded stakes victory to her resume.
