Highlander Training Center enjoyed a fine winner yesterday at Laurel Park, when Pago Querido delivered under Sheldon Russell.
This 3-year-old daughter of Competitive Edge was having only her third career start, but showed professionalism and grit in abundance when leading for most of the way before flashing past the post with half a length to spare. Onwards and upwards!
