Pixelate Poised for More!

The admirable Pixelate is gunning for some more big race gold tomorrow at Monmouth Park, but before we take a look at his chances, let’s look back at a lovely stable winner Monday.

Speedway Stables and Stone Farm’s Advocating took her career score to two-from-three, when she ran out a resounding winner of a tidy-looking allowance at Delaware Park. Sent almost immediately to the lead by Angel Suarez, Advocating passed the post 1 1/4 lengths too good, and this 3-year-old daughter of Uncle Mo is one to keep an eye on in the second half of the season.

What’s more, she’s out of the graded stakes winning Leigh Court, who Mike trained to win the G3 Whimsical Stakes at Woodbine in 2016.

Now for tomorrow,  and Pixelate is drawn 1 of 10 in the $150,000 G3 Monmouth Stakes, a 1 and 1/8th mile turf race. Hector Diaz, Jr. takes the mount on the Godolphin superstar, who won the G2 Del Mar Derby last year. Tomorrow, Pixelate’s a 5-1 shot on the Morning Line.

And now for the rest of the weekend entries:
