This past seven days has been a fruitful one for the Stidham stable, with Kelly Thoroughbreds’ Sanctified breaking his maiden in good fashion at Colonial Downs last week.

This 4-year-old son of Point of Entry was having his first start in over 6 months, but he didn’t let that break hold him break fitness wise, producing a fine rallying run under Rely Gutierrez to win by a neck.

This timely win will have done his confidence no harm whatsoever, and it’ll be interesting to see how he builds off of of the victory.
