The good form of the stable has been on fine display this week, with a couple lovely winners over the past seven days.
Last Saturday at Delaware Park, Leslie and Maurie Harrington's Liffey was a resounding winner under Julio Hernandez, breaking her maiden in the best way possible. This 4-year-old daughter of Cairo Prince is obviously talented, and with this nice confidence boost under her belt, she can build off this victory moving forward.
On Wednesday at Delaware, Mark Breen's Sheriff Joe was even more impressive, positively running away with his race under a confident Hernandez ride. The win margin was six lengths at the line.
This 3-year-old son of Curlin has shown some nice form in the past, and like his stablemate Liffey, Sheriff Joe can build on this victory.
We've included a couple interesting videos here that have been doing the rounds this week on social media. They show a few Stidham juveniles going through their paces at Delaware Park. We think the unusual camera placement gives you a really good sense of what it's like to be on the back of these magnificent animals. Enjoy!
